    It will definitely help you lose some body fat and tone your muscles BUT for it to be more effective you should also do cardio/aerobic exercise for at least 20 minutes a day such as running, swimming, or biking. The combination of the two types of exercise will help you lose weight faster and become more fit and healthy.

  2. i practice Yoga purely for the purpose of reducing stress and it really works. Yoga keeps both of my mind and body relax.
