I am attending my first yoga class this week. It is called "Yoga Basics" and intended for beginners. I am a little nervous, and want to what to expect. What positions will we do? Isn't there something special about breathing? How hard is it going to be? Any advice and knowledge you can drop on me would be really appreciated!!!
