Fitness question about yoga and cardio?

ok so i have just stated doing yoga, bt i also want to incorporate my cardio workout in there so i was thinking is it ok to do cardio before or after my yoga?? and which is best??






I think it's really a personal preference. I like to do some cardio before my yoga because I find that it warms up my muscles, making me more flexible and stronger during the yoga practice. And, when I'm done with yoga I feel relaxed, so I don't want to up my heart rate by doing cardio.
