What type of routine should I use to teach children yoga?

I was asked today to conduct a short (15 minute) yoga session for a girl scouts troupe in two weeks. The girls are 6 years old. I have a basic knowledge of yoga, and I practice about once a week, but I want to know how to make it A) structured B) easy and C) FUN! any tips?

I am wodnering, what is an easy way to get abs…. I want to be able to say like "oh yea i have abs.. yea im so fit"! I wish soo bad I could sayy that!

And another question..
What's the point in yoga, how does it help?
Maybe it would come in handy in my situation

I want to buy a work out dvd….something that will get me in shape and possibly toned.

So what is a good workout or cardio(im totally clueless) dvd that can get me in shape and help me tone up.

Any dance like hiphop or something that can get me into shape also?like i herd britney use to dance 4 hours a day and she had an awesome bod…so something that can do the same for me??

and a yoga video…for begingers….what would you recommed??
