		<description>Ive heard the benefit of doing yoga can extend to stronger back muscles and good flexibility all over. I dont have any websites for you though. 
As far as the fatty foods go, if you can&#039;t quit cold turkey, try  to slow down first, then ease yourself off. You can also try to substitute the fatty foods for healthier foods and snacks.. snacking doesnt necessarily have to be bad, bananas are a great snack. I also eat nutri grain bars when im feeling snacky. Good luck.</description>
